We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our medical manufacturing team. In this versatile role, you will be cross-trained in medical device assembly and/or quality assurance inspection. Responsibilities:
Production & Assembly:
Assemble intricate medical devices and components according to detailed blueprints, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and schematics.
Quality Inspection:
Visually inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with strict medical quality standards.
Cleanroom Protocol:
Maintain a sterilized, organized work environment by strictly adhering to cleanroom gowning and sanitation procedures (gowns, masks, gloves).
Documentation:
Accurately complete production logs, quality checklists, and device history records (DHR) to maintain regulatory compliance.
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate and maintain specialized manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
Collaboration:
Work closely with team leads and engineering to identify process improvements or report product defects.
Working hours:
5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or quality control (medical device, electronics, or aerospace experience is a major plus). Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or FDA regulations. Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating digital work instructions.
