Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Medical Device Assembler to join a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent documentation habits, and the ability to work with small components in a clean-room setting. Morning Shift 5am- 3:30pm Mon-Thur, plus Friday overtime as-needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 years of medical device assembly or ISO-certified assembly experience OR 2-3 years of experience in these areas in lieu of a diploma Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Comfortable working in a clean-room environment and following strict procedures Fine motor skills and strong hand-eye coordination for small-part assembly Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and Lean Manufacturing is a plus Ability to use manufacturing tools after training, including microscopes, measurement tools, ultrasonic welders, soldering irons, and test equipment Basic computer skills (Windows and site-specific programs)
Responsibilities:
