• Full-time Job Overview We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Metal Pourers in our aluminum and bronze foundry.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required — we will provide full training for the right candidates! If you're safety-conscious, physically fit, and eager to learn a skilled trade, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in metal casting.

• Ability to work in a hot, physically demanding environment
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required Key Responsibilities
• Safely pour molten metal into prepared molds
• Prepare and inspect molds for casting
• Remove finished castings from molds
• Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
