Job Description

Mill Operator - Magnet Cove, Greybull
No recruiters or unsolicited agency referrals please. Wyo-Ben, Inc is a leading family-owned business established in 1951, specializing in Wyoming Bentonite Clay based products. Our materials serve global industries including oil, gas, water well drilling, cat litter and more. Headquartered in Billings, Montana, with manufacturing facilities in Wyoming, we provide high-quality solutions worldwide. We're looking for a dependable Mill Operator to support our production operations. This role runs grinding, crushing, and transfer equipment to ensure quality product, efficient output, and continuous plant flow. No experience required — we will train. What You'll Do
Operate grinding, crushing, and transfer equipment
Monitor lab results and make needed adjustments
Maintain product quality and prevent non-conforming material
Communicate with team and support shift transitions
Minimize equipment issues through proper operation
Follow API Q1 quality standards and support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Plant experience preferred (3-6 months), not required
Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills
Ability to take measurements and complete reports
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Work Environment
Rotating shifts required
Work around dust, noise, and heavy equipment
Climb ladders and work at heights
Stand/walk 8-10 hours per shift
Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. occasionally)
Must follow all PPE and safety requirements
