Stuttgart, AR. Parboil Mill Regular work schedule is 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm 4-on/4-off including weekends. Hours worked from 5pm.-6am Monday - Friday will receive a 15% shift premium. Job Description Start, stop, adjust and monitor several pieces of equipment used to remove seeds and broken grains from the mill flow and keep work area clean. Must be able to read production orders, print legibly, add, subtract, multiply and divide, compute percentages, climb ladders, work at heights and in tight spaces. Education Requirements One year certificate from college or technical school; or High School Diploma or GED preferred.
