Injection Plastic Molding Technician 3rd Shift

We are currently seeking a talented Molding Machine Technician who will report directly to the Production Manager.

Main Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Molding Machine Startup and Shut down: including setting tool in press, running initial production, ensuring correct part production, clear line and remove tool once production is done.
• Maintain process control and carryout routine checks on the molding machines running.
• Record process information in BHR and additional information needed for medical molding.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on molds and EOAT tooling.
• Trouble shoot and process within process paramotors.

Required Experience & Skills Include:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in plastic injection molding, 1 year technician experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and write in simple English.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
