Injection Molding Operator

• Location:

  Camarillo, CA

• Pay:

  $22-28/hr DOE

• Job Summary:

  The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines to produce high-quality molded components in line with production schedules and quality standards. This role includes setting up equipment, inspecting products, and ensuring all output meets customer and company requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently
• Set up molds, materials, and equipment for production runs
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and report defects or production issues
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work area clean and organized

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with plastic injection molding equipment
• Familiarity with quality control processes and tools
