Your efforts will help clients recover quickly and confidently from property damage caused by water intrusion, fire, or mold growth. Responsibilities Perform water damage restoration tasks, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment and hand tools. Conduct mold remediation procedures to identify, contain, and eliminate mold growth safely and effectively. Assist with fire restoration processes by cleaning soot and smoke residues from affected surfaces and belongings. Utilize power tools and construction techniques to remove damaged materials and prepare sites for repairs. Document all work performed accurately and communicate progress clearly with team members and clients. Skills Proven experience in restoration industry practices, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, or fire damage cleanup. Familiarity with cleaning techniques using various tools such as hand tools, power tools, and carpet cleaning equipment. Knowledge of construction methods relevant to repair and demolition tasks during restoration projects. Ability to operate specialized equipment safely and efficiently in diverse environments. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for documentation and reporting. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain procedures to clients when needed. Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks that involve lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
