The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating plastic injection molding machines, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in the production process. Monday through Friday, Some Weekends, 3 Shifts Available $21.50 to $28.00 depending on experience. 1st shift 7am to 3:30pm 2nd shift 3pm 11:30pm 3rd shift 11pm 7:30am Responsibilities Set up and operate injection molding machines according to specifications. Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, to ensure product specifications are adhered to. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational challenges. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Document production data and report any discrepancies or defects. Experience Previous experience in Plastic Injection Molding machining or operating injection molding equipment is required. Familiarity with hand tools, press brake machines, lathes, and plastics extrusion processes is advantageous. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and basic math skills for accurate measurements. Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is beneficial. Knowledge of CNC operations is a plus. Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
