- At least 36 months of experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on production machinery.
- At least 36 months of experience executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment, including blow molding machines, material handling systems, compressed air systems, chillers, dryers, and cooling tower systems.
- Ability to independently diagnose equipment malfunctions and restore normal machine operation without entry-level training or close supervision.
- At least 36 months of experience independently replacing or installing machine components using hand tools and basic measuring instruments by following existing equipment blueprints, specification drawings, and maintenance documentation.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and maintenance schedules in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Position requires availability to work rotating or overnight shifts and overtime as required by production schedules.
- Work is performed in an industrial manufacturing environment and may involve standing for extended periods, exposure to noise, use of personal protective equipment, and lifting of equipment or materials.
Duties:
Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform electro-mechanical maintenance and repairs on stretch blow molding and other related manufacturing equipment to ensure stable production operations. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on production machinery, including blow molding machines, material handling equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, compressors, chillers, dryers, and cooling tower systems. Perform routine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components. Conduct mold changeovers, machine setup, and production line start-ups in accordance with standard operating procedures. Identify equipment malfunctions, replace defective components, and restore normal machine operation by following established maintenance procedures. Replace or install machine components using hand tools and basic measuring instruments, by following existing equipment blueprints, specification drawings, and maintenance documentation. Inspect and test equipment performance during and after maintenance activities to ensure proper operation and production readiness. Maintain basic maintenance records and communicate unresolved technical issues to supervisors or maintenance leads. Follow all safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and quality standards while working in an industrial manufacturing environment. Occasional local travel to other manufacturing facilities of the Company within the same metropolitan area, as needed for maintenance support.
