$22/hr. Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Temp-Hire Privately owned, wellestablished manufacturer with great benefits is hiring skilled operators for precision metal finishing and machining. What You'll Do Operate manual machines : surface grinders, Blanchard, mills, or belt grinders Perform grinding, deburring, polishing, radius blending, and surface finishing Read blueprints / drawings and follow detailed work instructions Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.) Work with tight tolerances and highvalue metal parts Maintain clean, safe work area and follow shop safety procedures Skills We're Looking For Experience with manual machining OR belt grinding / metal finishing Ability to inspect parts and hold ±0.001" tolerances Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable working independently and staying productive Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a shop environment Nice to Have Aerospace finishing experience Knowledge of surface finishes, Ra values, or AS9100 environments Experience with steels, aluminum, titanium, Inconel Shifts 1st Shift Training on 1st, then move to 2nd Shift (roledependent) Why Work Here Privately owned, stable, longstanding company Great benefits Clean, organized shop with strong safety culture Interested?
