11:00 PM•7:30 AM What You'll Do Set up and process injection molding machines Troubleshoot molding processes and improve production efficiency Partner with QA Inspectors to maintain quality standards Perform basic machine maintenance Create, document, and maintain molding processes Conduct mold teardown, assembly, cleaning, and maintenance Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment including: Robots Sprue pickers Thermolators Material loaders Conveyors Valve gates Hot tip controllers Communicate with production, engineering, quality, warehouse, and management teams Assist with assembly and packaging as needed Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Experience with injection molding machine setup and processing Working knowledge of scientific molding principles Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities High attention to detail and commitment to quality Self-motivated with strong time management skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Push/pull up to 100 lbs.
