What You'll Do:
Die Setup & Teardown:
Complete mechanical setup, adjustment, and teardown of custom injection mold dies.
Overmolding Production:
Carefully insert custom components onto specialized cable assemblies.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor machine parameters, cycle times, and output to ensure flawless craftsmanship.
Operational Safety:
Maintain a mature, safe, and professional approach around heavy machinery.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience with vertical injection molding machinery (Arburg & Newbury preferred).
Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, visual attention to detail, and basic math/computer skills.
Physical:
Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
Attributes:
High school diploma (or equivalent), exceptional dependability, and a desire to learn.
