Job Description

Hiring Injection Molding Set‑Up Technician We're hiring skilled Set‑Up Technicians to support our high‑precision injection molding operations. In this role, you'll prepare, adjust, and optimize molding equipment to ensure efficient production, consistent quality, and zero‑defect performance. You'll work closely with the Production Supervisor and play a key role in keeping our molding operations running smoothly.

+$1.00/hour for night shift
Shift/Schedule:
C Shift Sunday-Tuesday + every other
Wednesday Night:
5:50 PM
  • 6:00 AM B & D Shifts Every other Wednesday +

AM Job Responsibilities:
Set up, start up, and shut down injection molding machines following established procedures Perform mold changes, tooling adjustments, and machine setups based on production requirements Diagnose and troubleshoot molding issues such as short shots, flash, burns, and dimensional defects Monitor process parameters and make real‑time adjustments to maintain quality and throughput Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) for routine inspections and verification Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve defects and improve process capability Document machine settings, process changes, and production notes accurately Support continuous improvement efforts including scrap reduction and cycle‑time optimization Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in plastic injection molding highly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve machine or process issues Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production documentation Solid understanding of manufacturing safety practices Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Why Join Our Team Smaller‑team environment with hands‑on training Opportunities for advancement and skill development A workplace known for low turnover and long‑term employee growth Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00
