LTM Plastics is a custom plastic injection molding manufacturer with over 40 years of experience producing high-quality molded products for consumer and industrial markets. THE POSITION
We are seeking an experienced Process Technician for our swing shift position. This role is responsible for mold setups, process startup, process control, and troubleshooting molding and part-quality issues to support efficient production.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform mold changes and setup of auxiliary equipment Start and validate production to approved process parameters Monitor and maintain process consistency throughout production Document process adjustments and changes Troubleshoot molding defects, process issues, and equipment-related problems Support production uptime and quality standards.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of injection molding process technician and setup experience Experience with electric injection molding machines required Experience with Nissei electric presses preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to work overtime and assist with shift coverage as needed Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the facility Ability to visually inspect parts for quality defects Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.

Our manufacturing facility is located near
I-25 & I-70. HOURS
Full-time swing-shift position Manufacturing facility operates 24/7 Exact shift schedule to be determined based on candidate fit.
COMPENSATION
Negotiable, based on experience. Overtime expected. Generous health insurance options. Dental insurance available. Paid time off.
