Water Fire Mold Restoration Technicians

Restoration Technicians - Water, Fire & Mold (All Experience Levels) We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. This role includes work in water, fire, and mold mitigation and remediation , as well as fire damage cleaning and content pack-out services . We are looking for both experienced professionals capable of leading crews on large commercial losses and entry-level technicians/helpers who are eager to learn and grow within the restoration industry. Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and ability to perform across multiple areas of restoration. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (ability to work effectively with customers, adjusters, and team members) Professional, empathetic, and respectful when handling customers' property Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Leadership experience preferred for Crew Chief/Leader roles Job Responsibilities Respond to emergency losses with urgency and professionalism Communicate clearly with customers, helping them understand the restoration process Perform mitigation, cleaning, and restoration services Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive work environment Utilize company software and third-party programs for job documentation Participate in an on-call rotation as required Position Requirements Valid driver's license (acceptable driving record required to operate company vehicles) Willingness to undergo a background check (in accordance with applicable laws) Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces) Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling) Comfortable working with cleaning agents and restoration equipment We take pride in our strong team culture and are looking to add individuals who share our commitment to quality work and excellent customer service.
