Mold & Water Restoration Technician (Full-Time)

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) - required No fear of heights (roof work and tarping involved) Ability to lift 80+ pounds consistently Must be comfortable with physical labor (full-time) Valid driver's license preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and company protocols

Job Duties:

Perform mold remediation and water damage restoration Set up containment areas and equipment (air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, etc.) Remove affected materials safely and efficiently Assist with roof tarping when needed Maintain cleanliness of job sites and company vehicles Document work with photos and reports

Schedule:

Full-time position Must be available for flexible hours depending on job needs
