Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Puller/Sander/Painter is responsible for separating parts from molds safety and securely as to not cause any damage as well as sanding and painting the part for a clean finish. The Puller/Sander/Painter will be required to use power tools (DA, Sander Tool) and must be experienced in reading a tape measure.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Pull and separate molds from the part safely and securely. Sand parts down to a smooth finish for painting. Mix gelcoat and MEKP to hand paint small parts. Separate part from the mold once paint cures using a mallet and shims. Organize molds when not in use. Sort parts by the schedule and make sure they are located in the designated area for the cut booth. Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while wearing all required PPE and following safety policy. Must practice good housekeeping by keeping work areas clean at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
