$50,000 - $60,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs on injection molding machines (hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems). Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, including robots, material blenders, chillers, and drying systems. Set up, tear down, and modify production molds and auxiliary equipment to meet strict production schedules. Respond promptly to floor calls to minimize production downtime and optimize cycle times. Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history in the company's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
