Job Description This role focuses on operating multiple injection molding machines to produce high-quality components in a clean, process-driven manufacturing environment. You will perform machine set-up, monitor production, inspect parts for quality, and support continuous operation through routine maintenance and collaboration with process technicians and other operators.

Pay:

$18 - $19/hr Long Term Opportunity with Access to full benefits (medical, dental, visual, 401K, weekly pay) Responsibilities Load and operate 2-3 injection molding machines simultaneously while maintaining consistent production flow. Perform initial set-up for machine operation, including preparing equipment, materials, and tools for production. Work closely with process technicians during changeovers to ensure efficient transitions between products and molds. Interpret and follow work orders, including written instructions, oral directions, and Kanban cards. Track and record production counts accurately throughout the shift. Maintain necessary tools, materials, and supplies to support continuous machine operation. Inspect final components against specifications, identifying small defects to ensure product quality. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning machines and work areas during and at the end of the shift. Support other operators as needed and assist with on-the-job training for new or less experienced operators. Weigh, pack, and ticket produced parts for distribution to shipping, quality, or other departments. Maintain production and inventory records as required and participate in inventory activities when necessary. Rotate among different operations as assigned and work overtime when required to meet production demands. Inform the Supervisor promptly of any issues with parts, equipment, or processes that could impact safety, quality, or output. Operate within a LEAN manufacturing environment and actively suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
