Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform restoration work on properties that have been damaged by fire, water, mold, or other disasters.
- Conduct assessments and create restoration plans to address the specific needs of each property.
- Remove debris and damaged materials from the site.
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent further damage or health hazards.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete restoration tasks.
- Repair and rebuild structures as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is a plus.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively.
