What You'll Do Respond to water, fire, and mold restoration jobs Perform drying, demolition, and restoration services Follow work orders and Crew Chief direction Load/unload equipment and prep job sites Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment Leave every job site clean, safe, and professional Communicate clearly with your team and leadership What We're Looking For You're a strong fit if you: Have IICRC certification (or relevant restoration experience) Take ownership and pride in your work Work well on a team and communicate effectively Can handle physically demanding work and changing environments

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (No DUIs and no more than 2 moving violations) Restoration/cleaning experience (commercial experience is a plus) High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background checks Physical Requirements Lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance) Work in tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics) and at heights Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Work with cleaning products and restoration equipment Travel locally Why Join Us?
