• 7:00am QPS Employment Group is hiring Plastic Production Associates for a company in Victor, IA. We have full-time opportunities on 3rd shift (11:00 PM
• 7:00 AM) and part-time opportunities available on 1st and 2nd shift with multiple scheduling options.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will operate plastic injection molding machines and assist with the production of lightweight plastic products. You'll be responsible for inspecting, packaging, and labeling finished goods to meet customer specifications.

Plastics Injection Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate plastic injection molding machines, including loading materials and monitoring production
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Trim excess plastic from parts using a utility knife
• Package products into boxes according to customer specifications
• Label completed boxes for shipment
• Use small hand tools to assemble lids and components
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements for

Plastics Injection Operator:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production goals
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs frequently (up to 10 times/hour) and up to 40 lbs occasionally (up to 2 times/hour)
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment (temperatures may reach up to 100°F in summer)
• Ability to bend, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Ability to work at a fast pace with repetitive hand and eye movements
