This Machine Operator | Injection Molding position in Coeur d'Alene, ID could be your next great opportunity. As an Injection Mold Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting molding equipment while ensuring quality standards are met. Injection Molding Duties:

Operate and monitor injection molding machines during production runs Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting Inspect finished products and complete quality checks Document production information and setup parameters Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S standards Support production efficiency and minimize downtime This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you can start with Verstela Staffing and be hired on permanently with long-term growth potential and a team that values reliability, teamwork, and advancement.

1st

Shift:

Monday•Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Pay:

$17 per hour 2nd

Shift:

Monday•Friday, 3:00 pm-11:30 p.m.

Pay:

$18.50 per hour 3rd

Shift:

Monday•Friday, 11:00pm-3:30am

Pay:

$19.00 per hour Machine Operator |

Injection Molding Requirements :

At least 1 year of manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical troubleshooting experience Ability to read, analyze and interpret work instruction.
