Ness Restoration is hiring Entry-Level Restoration Technicians in training to help restore homes and buildings after water, mold, and fire damage. This is hands-on work—and it varies every day so it never gets boring. We are looking for people who are: Always on time to work Able to stand, climb, crawl, dig and do physical labor all day. Comfortable around dirt, dust, odors, bugs, and tight spaces Team players with a good attitude Wants a career, not just a paycheck Valid Idaho driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening High school diploma or GED Available for occasional nights and weekends This is NOT a desk job. This is real physical labor working inside homes and buildings. What You'll Do Work in attics, crawlspaces, and damaged homes Wear safety gear and respirators Remove damaged materials Clean and disinfect affected areas Use hand tools and power tools Take photos and document work performed Help with drywall, painting, finish work, and rebuilding Learn water mitigation and restoration skills You will need to have some grammar and writing skills as well. Every day is different, and there is always something new to learn.
