What We Offer:

Pay range $29.21

• $32.32 per hour
• Sign-on bonus $1,500.00

• Schedule:

  2-2-3 with every other weekend off
• Friday

• Sunday Hours:

  12-hour night, 5:45 pm

What You Will Do:

Set up, process, and troubleshoot molding machinery and auxiliary equipment Perform preventative maintenance per schedule to maximize uptime and product quality Ensure parts meet all quality and safety requirements Monitor and maintain chiller and production system performance Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, and management teams Maintain accurate documentation according to GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards Promote a culture of safety, reliability, and teamwork

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience as a molding technician, mold mechanic, or related maintenance role Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
