If you have hands-on experience setting up molds, programming robots, and keeping production running smoothly, this is a solid next step. What You'll Do Set up injection molding processes and submit first articles to Quality for approval Program robots and calibrate color loaders Perform lockout/tagout on molding-related equipment Set up and troubleshoot hydraulic and electric molding machines Program robots, set up end-of-arm tooling, chutes, and conveyors Monitor and maintain production quality using IQMS (ERP system) Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Participate in training and assist with special projects as needed Equipment You'll Work With Hydraulic & electric injection molding machines Robots and end-of-arm tooling Color loaders Conveyor systems IQMS (ERP) What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on plastics injection molding experience Strong setup, troubleshooting, and process control skills Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift Safety-minded and detail-oriented Pay & Benefits (Direct Hire) $58,000
