Injection Molding Machine Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and consistent product quality. Responsibilities Sort and monitor injection molded parts, ensuring optimal performance and product quality. Monitor parts throughout the production process to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Use of hand tools and jigs as required Alert supervisor of mechanical issues related to plastics injection molding equipment, parts and other manufacturing machinery. Keeping your work area clean, emptying grinders as needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives by adhering to safety protocols and participating in team meetings. Experience Previous experience operating plastics injection molding machines is highly preferred, but not required.
