Job Description
Injection Mold Setter- Entry level We are seeking a dependable Mold Setup Operator to support production in a manufacturing environment. This role will assist with mold changes, machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining safe production operations. Candidates with mechanical ability, manufacturing experience, or crane/forklift experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Assist with mold changes and machine setup Operate overhead cranes safely during mold changes Support machine startups and basic adjustments Troubleshoot minor equipment issues Inspect parts for quality Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures Maintain production records and work areas Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred Mechanical aptitude required Overhead crane or forklift experience is required Ability to work safely around machinery Strong attendance and reliability Willingness to learn and grow Why Apply?
