New Castle, IN Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Action Staffing is currently hiring 3rd Shift Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operators for a local manufacturing facility in New Castle, Indiana. This company manufactures seals, gaskets, washers, and other molded components used in the automotive industry. Operators are responsible for monitoring plastic injection molding machines, inspecting finished parts, performing quality checks, and packaging products according to customer specifications. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable manufacturer offering long-term career growth and excellent benefits upon permanent hire. Job Duties Monitor plastic injection molding machines during production runs Inspect molded plastic and silicone parts for quality defects Trim excess material from finished products as needed Perform visual inspections and quality checks using gauges and testing equipment Package products according to specifications and work instructions Complete production paperwork, labels, and machine documentation Record production counts, scrap, downtime, and machine readings Load and unload silicone boots from curing ovens Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards Assist with additional production duties as assigned Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Injection molding experience is a plus Ability to stand, walk, and work in a production environment for the duration of the shift Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements Why Apply?
