Job Description

Job Summary Marquis Tree Service has been the premier provider of professional tree services in New England for 38 years. We pride ourselves on top-tier equipment, safety, and client satisfaction. We are seeking a reliable, experienced Stump Grinder Operator to join our established team. Responsibilities Operate large commercial stump grinders independently on residential, commercial and municipal sites.
Maintain equipment:
grease, check fluids, clean air filters and swap grinding teeth daily. Communicate professionally with homeowners and crew members. Exercise care to not damage customers' properties Transport equipment safely driving a truck and trailer. Work with tree crews when we are unable to grind stump
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
1-2+ years of professional stump grinding experience.
Skills:
Strong proficiency operating heavy machinery and backing up trailers.
License:
Valid Driver's License (Clean record). OSHA 10 is a plus
Attitude:
Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious. This position requires you to work independently while have strong problem solving skills.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
