Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Mold Operator
  • 1st shift to join their team. As a Mold Operator
  • 1st shift, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
07:00am-3:00pm What's the Job? Inspect and pack products from injection molding machines following operator instructions and procedures. Read shop orders and visual aids to ensure correct packaging and labeling. Record hourly production data for each machine to maintain accurate production logs. Gather packaging supplies and assemble cartons as needed for efficient workflow. Perform quality inspections, evaluate, weigh, and record scrap at the end of each shift. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to perform basic math functions to determine correct quantities of finished products. Physical dexterity to perform assembly and production operations. Capability to lift items weighing less than 35 lbs and assist with heavier items as needed.
