Job Description

Injection Molding Maintenance Technician role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting injection molding presses, molds, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Experience maintaining injection molding presses, molds, and industrial equipment Hands-on experience operating injection molding machines Experience with injection machine setup, mold setup, startup, and changeovers Experience troubleshooting and debugging running equipment Experience resolving machine and process issues on the production floor Experience working with electrical systems up to 480V and 3-phase power Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals Familiarity with industrial safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures Direct technical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work in ISO 8 cleanroom environments as required Preferred Skills Technical or vocational training Mandarin language skills Experience coordinating with engineering or R D teams Experience maintaining auxiliary equipment, including mold temperature controllers, chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, and dryers Experience maintaining facility systems, including electrical breaker panels and HEPA HVAC or air handling systems Experience supporting equipment installation, relocation, or commissioning activities Job Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding presses Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Disassemble, assemble, and repair molds Replace mold components as needed Support mold changeovers Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment, including mold temperature controllers, chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, and dryers Maintain selected facility systems, including electrical breaker panels and HEPA HVAC or air handling systems Support equipment installation, relocation, and commissioning activities Resolve machine and process issues on the production floor Follow safety, lockout/tagout, and electrical safety requirements Support work in ISO 8 cleanroom environments as required
Pay:
