Position Summary :

As a mixing deck operator, you will measure and add proper ingredients as directed by parameter sheet. Change cutters as needed. Greases and maintains equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Change cutters depending on product being made. 2. Changes out, inspects, cleans and lubricates all cutters systems as needed. 3. Maintain all equipment on ingredient deck, surrounding area. 4. Measures and adds proper ingredients as directed by parameter sheet. 5. Maintains equipment to unsure optimum performance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Have knowledge of or be capable of learning touch screen computer systems and Infinity Database software.
