Job Description

We have immediate molding openings in Battle Creek with a growing company.
Afternoon shift:
3:00pm-11:00pm Evening shift 11:00pm-7:00am. Molding Production Execution Operate molding workstation equipment to produce high-quality molded components Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and station checklists Load raw materials (blanks) into ovens and prepare for molding process Transfer heated materials into mold tools for forming and production Remove molded parts and move them to the next operation (trim or finishing) Meet or exceed hourly production targets while maintaining quality standards Previous manufacturing, ability to lift 50lbs, stand for 8-10 hours, bending, twisting and repetitive motions
