Die Press Operator

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Setup Technician to ensure the proper setup and operation of molding machines and equipment. This full-time role involves leading and directing staff, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety regulations.

Profit Sharing PTO Schedule:

Train on 1st shift for 3 weeks (6:30am to 3pm) 3rd shift

• 10:30pm to 7am Monday

• Friday Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection molding machines.
• Ensure proper care of equipment and tools, including molds.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Report production and quality issues promptly.
• Operate a forklift and read blueprints.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in die setting preferred.
• Injection Molding experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of machinery, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plus.

Starting Wage:

$18.50/hr
