If you like hands-on work, fast problem-solving, and a clean, well-run cell, you'll feel right at home on our team. What You'll Do Operate injection molding equipment: start up, observe, and adjust to ensure smooth cycles. Watch for and identify malfunctions early to protect uptime and product integrity. Use press controls to compress compounds in molds, forming and curing parts to spec. Demold components using hand tools and air hoses; trim to meet quality requirements. Follow department guidelines and strict quality standards every run. Perform autonomous maintenance tasks to keep machines reliable. Track cycle times and part counts; complete hourly production boards and paperwork accurately. Maintain a tidy, safe work cell; clean machines and work area regularly. Communicate with your lead and supervisor to coordinate priorities and next steps. Is This You? High school diploma or equivalent. Comfortable lifting 30 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods. Quality background preferred—you notice details others miss. Tolerance for working around fiberglass materials.
