Job Description

This is an on-site, direct-hire opportunity and is for any shift.
Summary:
Oversee daily mold production activities to ensure efficiency and quality. Manage and train mold team members on best practices and safety protocols. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to mold production. Collaborate with other departments to align production goals and schedules. Technical Expertise Minimum 5 years of molding experience. Precision skill managing mold temperature control systems. Expert capability optimizing degas cycles and cure times. Ability to troubleshoot flash, voids, and under-cure issues. Strong competence reading blueprints and GD&T data. Technical & People Leadership Minimum 2 years leading production teams or shifts. Proven track record mentoring and developing junior operators. Active champion for plant safety and LOTO compliance. Lead investigator for root-cause analysis on defects. Skilled coordinator across Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance. Calm decision-maker during high-stress operational downtime
