Plastic Fabrication & Vacuum Forming Technician

This position requires hands-on experience with heavy plastic molding and vacuum forming. Must be comfortable working in a production environment and performing physical, repetitive tasks.

FABRICATION / SPECIAL PARTS TECHNICIAN

(Temp to Hire) 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00

PM Starting Pay:

$20/hour

Location:

Festus, MO Key Experience:

Heavy plastic molding (injection or blow molding) Vacuum forming Fabrication of plastic components Experience with production tools, machines, and measurements

Responsibilities:

Perform vacuum forming, molding, CNC operations, and fabrication Heat and form materials using ovens Set up tools and machines for production runs Trim, route, drill, glue, and polish finished parts Follow blueprints and production instructions Use tape measures, calipers, and rulers for precision Inspect product for quality standards Pack and label finished goods

Qualifications:

2-3 years plastic molding experience CNC experience preferred 1-2 years quality control experience preferred High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:
