This position is responsible for producing concrete, operating plant equipment, and maintaining safe and efficient plant operations. Responsibilities Operate concrete batch plant equipment to produce concrete Accurately batch materials including cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures Monitor production to ensure consistent output Perform daily plant inspections and routine maintenance Maintain proper material inventory levels Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Keep plant and work area clean and organized Assist with setup, tear down, and relocation of portable plants as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred 2+ years of experience in concrete plant operations preferred Knowledge of plant equipment and components Strong communication skills Experience with DOT/public works projects is a plus Key Traits Detail-oriented Reliable Safety-focused Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
