You will be responsible for optimizing equipment performance, maintaining rigorous quality standards, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-output manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end setup, calibration, and operation of injection molding equipment to maximize production throughput. Perform routine mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain consistent line flow. Conduct precise visual and mechanical quality inspections, documenting results to ensure all output meets strict product specifications. Manage raw material inputs, including Vpet, Rpet, and HDPE resins, while identifying materials suitable for sustainable reintroduction into the system. Maintain accurate production logs, destruction records, and quality forms to ensure full operational traceability. Collaborate with the maintenance department to resolve complex equipment issues and drive continuous process improvements. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and housekeeping, ensuring all protocols are followed to protect team members and equipment. Required Skills High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment operating industrial machinery. Proven ability to troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and perform basic mechanical adjustments. Strong proficiency in documenting production data and communicating technical issues clearly. Ability to maintain a consistent, reliable work schedule in a fast-paced production setting. Preferred Skills 4+ years of experience in injection molding or a closely related manufacturing field. Prior experience managing small-scale projects or leading production tasks. Technical familiarity with manufacturing software systems such as Ignition, Shotscope, or Electric80. Associate's degree in a technical or manufacturing-related discipline.
