1301 Stahl Drive, Warrensburg, MO 64093 Stahl Specialty Company is seeking Aluminum Foundry Operators. We have immediate openings in our Kingsville, MO locations. Prior manufacturing, foundry, or machining experience is a plus, but not required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is not climate controlled. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Must have steel-toed boots and be motivated to work overtime and weekends as required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Essential Duties:

Foundry Operators:

Install molds into foundry machines, file, saw, buff, operate molds and equipment on a production basis, operate sandblast equipment, punch press, furnaces, sand core machines, and deburring tools, and handle molten aluminum safely and without creating turbulence.

Requirements:

Responsibilities Reporting to and performing tasks as assigned by department supervisor Basic operation of melting equipment, hand tools, and general manufacturing equipment Adherence to all company standards of conduct including safety standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work as a team to pour metal into casting molds Qualifications Outstanding work ethic and the ability to multi-task Ability to read and understand operating procedures and specifications with guidance from supervisor Ability to read and understand the English language Ability to wear PPE including safety glasses, gloves Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to stay focused with strong attention to detail
