• JOB SUMMARY

  Openwork is currently seeking a Test Operator to support the testing and troubleshooting of data server systems. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on technical experience and strong attention to detail.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems
• Set up and test more complex systems and mechanical assemblies
• Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI)
• Interpret Statements of Work (SOW) to determine test specifications, methods, and procedures
• Complete rework on assemblies and systems as needed
• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions
• Assist with additional tasks including unpacking, packaging, labeling, and crating

• REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 months of related experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Familiarity with computer components and proper handling
• Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working on ladders or stools
• High school diploma or GED required
