Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Concrete Mixer Truck Driver to join our team. This position is crucial in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of ready-mix concrete to our customers and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy trucks, strong attention to safety, and a willingness to cross-train to support other hauling needs when required. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver concrete to job sites. Ensure loads are mixed properly and delivered on schedule while maintaining quality standards. Inspect truck, mixer, and related equipment daily for proper maintenance and safe operation. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete necessary documentation. Wash out the truck after deliveries to maintain cleanliness and prevent build-up. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, plant operators, and site crews. Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures. Cross-train to operate gravel haul trucks to help feed stockpiles as needed to support plant operations. Assist with other yard or plant duties as required. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A driver's license with clean driving record. Experience with mixer trucks preferred, but training may be available for the right candidate. Knowledge of DOT regulations and proper truck operation. Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork. Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs., and work in varying weather conditions. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
