Mold Technician - 3rd Shift

Quanex is looking for a Mold Technician-3rd shift to join our team located in Thomasville, NC. The Mold Technician is responsible for setting up molds and configuring injection molding machines for optimal performance. This position is Monday-Thursday 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM. We Offer You! Dynamic Culture and People What Success Looks Like:

Sets up assigned machines to ensure consistent compliance with production goals. Install molds into injection molding machines according to production specifications. Monitor production runs and proactively identify and resolve issues. Conduct regular inspections to ensure components meet quality standards. Collaborate with engineering, production, and leadership teams to address process-related concerns. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

Your Credentials:

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment. Experience with machine setup, operation and basic troubleshooting.
