Job Description
Busy manufacturer seeking a Technician to work in a small injection molding shop. Ability to follow technical guidelines and procedures is a must. Technician is responsible for starting and running modern Nissei machines of multiple tonnages alongside other techs. This will include tool changeovers and cleaning, and overall maintenance of the shop. All parts manufactured are used in-house for immediate assembly of components. Ability to produce consistent, quality parts with low rejection rate is crucial. Full training will be provided. Engineering staff will provide hands-on assistance, supervision, and quality control inspections as needed. Currently the shop processes Santoprene, HDPE, LDPE and Nylon resins. Any experience in the injection molding field is a plus. Pay based on experience.
