Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of affected areas to identify mold presence and assess damage Perform mold removal procedures using appropriate cleaning agents, hand tools, and power tools Utilize restoration industry best practices to restore water-damaged structures and materials Assist with fire and water damage restoration projects, including debris removal and surface cleaning Operate construction tools and equipment safely to facilitate remediation efforts Document all work performed accurately and communicate progress to team members and clients effectively Requirements Proven experience in mold remediation, water damage restoration, or related restoration industry roles Knowledge of cleaning methods, fire restoration processes Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Familiarity with construction techniques relevant to restoration projects Experience with carpet cleaning or other cleaning services is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Join us if you're passionate about restoring properties and creating healthier living spaces!
