$37,000•$40,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM•4 PM education:
High School Responsibilities Equipment Operation & Technical Maintenance Operate & Monitor:
Run blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machinery (including wheels, reciprocating, or shuttle machines), along with downstream equipment like grinders, trimmers, and conveyor systems.
Process Adjustments:
Monitor critical processing outputs and perform active machine adjustments (e.g., parisons, tail adjustments, regrind levels, and weight control) to meet exact product specifications.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process-related issues on the production line, performing minor repairs or escalating complex issues to maintenance as needed.
Tooling Changes:
Assist with preventative maintenance, as well as color, mold, neck, and blow pin changes without causing excessive product loss.
