Overview:

Elevate Restore is a leading restoration company based in Las Vegas, NV, specializing in water, fire, and mold mitigation. We are looking for a Lead Mitigation Technician who is ready to grow with a company that values integrity, hard work, and community service.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team on mitigation projects (water, fire, mold, and biohazard) Support the Project Manager in organizing and managing multiple job sites Communicate clearly with customers and walk them through the mitigation process Set expectations with team members regarding timelines and workflow Assist with demolition and physical mitigation work as needed Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are met

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in the restoration industry (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable, punctual, and drug-free Valid driver's license required (driving up to 90% of the time for business needs) Why Join Us?
