Join our team and play a key role in turning raw materials into high-quality finished products. 🚀 What You'll Do 🔧 Set up tools and molding machines for optimal part production Run injection and/or blow molding equipment to established processes Respond to daily production schedules to meet quality standards and ship dates 📦 Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot machine performance and process issues Identify and resolve tooling problems, implementing corrective actions as needed Requisition parts, repairs, and resources for production equipment and tooling maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment 🧼 What You Bring 💡 Experience with injection and/or blow molding processes Strong troubleshooting skills for machines, tooling, and quality issues Ability to develop and adjust process settings for molding and auxiliary equipment Leadership mindsetfortable supervising operators, technicians, and material handlers 👥 Attention to detail andmitment to quality ✅ What You'll Be Responsible For 📊 Owning key molding processes from setup through production Making minor tooling repairs and supporting equipment uptime Ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all runs Physical Requirements 💪 Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable standing, sitting, reaching, and moving throughout the facility Light to moderate physical activity required

Pay Details:
